PAIN OF CALFS

WHAT IS PAIN OF CALFS:
                        

                      With the weakness we are supposed to get the calf’s pain. For those who work hard without proper food is the first one to get this. For those who walk much also get this. If the magnesium and salt levels are decreased then also we get this. We will get this for a week, if we completely stop the usage of salt. And the solution for it is to eat the food in accordance with the work.

Solution:
Ø  Stop eating of white rise and try the rise without polish we get back from this problem with in 10 to 15 days.

Ø  Use leafy vegetables daily in the food.

Ø  If the pain is much more try the coconut oil with massage.
