INFECTION IN THE LEG FINGERS:
             The people who spent the time mostly in the water and for those whose leg fingers are congested will subjected to this problem. It is due to the water that exists between the fingers. The fungus will deposit over there and it will stink. This is small but irritating problem.

Solution:
Ø  After finish of your work clean your fingers with any smooth cloth or with cotton completely to wipe out the water between fingers.

Ø  Apply turmeric in between the gaps of fingers which acts as anti bacteria. Do it twice a day and the result will very fast.

Ø  For those who has to spend much time in water has to apply coconut oil before going into the water.

Ø  With coconut oil over there water can’t be there.

Ø  With the absence of air around there it will stink, who can’t avoid this keep cotton between them.

                                                                        In our body daily cores of blood cells are birthing and dyeing. If the amount of red cells in the blood or less or if the hemoglobin present which has to be present in the blood are less then it would be treated as a problem. The people suffering with it will be very weak; there is no glow in their faces. In our country majorly woman are suffering with it more than man. Because they are losing blood during periods also. So for the pregnant ladies they need more blood. Usually they won’t take care on their food they just enjoy to feed the men only. With the absence of iron in the blood the problem is becomes serious. Hemoglobin will develop with this iron only. And the body to inhaul the iron it needs the vitamin ‘c’ too. Instead of using iron tablets it is better to take the iron in the food. As daily crores of blood cells are dyeing the new cells will replace them.





Solution:
Ø  Eat carrot beet root which will increase the blood cells amount in the body.

Ø  The ‘c’ vitamin present in the lemon the body will take the iron easily.

Ø  Drink any juice in the evening and add 3 to 4 spoons of honey in it.

Ø  If it is a original honey the result in very fast and the recovery is within the 10 or 15 days.

Ø  Use date fruit eat them daily around 10 or 15 grains.

Ø  Eating leafy vegetables daily is a good habit if you have this then the result is very fast.

TONSILS

TONSILS:
                                                                In the thought and for both sides of it tonsils will be there like they are security for it. Just like a security guard for minister. They will stop if any bacteria any microbiological species that are present in the water or in the food that we had taken.

                                   And in this way they will protect our body. As they are dealing the bacteria they are supposed to get infection and their size will increase. With this we will get pain and difficult to swallow the food or drinks.

                                                               Few people who can’t bear this pain remove these tonsils by a operation. How foolish it is that we are removing our security guards. Later it will become a big issue. The main cause for it is cool drinks, chock lets and ice creams so we need to avoid these items.




Solution:
Ø  Drink the water after warming and filter it. the more you drink the faster the result.

Ø  Use the margosa tree stick it is also a good solution for it.

Ø  Apply the oil both sides to throught on the tonsils.

Ø  If the pain is more be fasten with only honey.

Ø  It is better to don’t eat anything in the afternoon still it is not recovered.

Ø  Eat only fruits in the evening and stop eating to the 5 or 6 o’clock.

Ø  If you are hungry drink the honey-water.

Ø  And with these you can relieve from this within 6 to 7 days.

SAYATIC PAIN

SAYATIC PAIN:
                                                      There is a nerve in the back of every one which starts from back bone to the leg. And this nerve will be in both the legs. The bones which are acting as bearings in the backbone stress on this nerve is the main reason for this pain. With this we can’t do our daily chores easily. The leg will be pain throughout the day.





Solution:
Ø  Don’t sit down, don’t do the work which involves the stress on the back bone.

Ø  When sleep you need to place a pillow before backbone.

Ø  The yoga especially salasanam will give a good result for it.

Ø  Whenever you are supposed to sit, sit straight

Ø  When you reduce the stress the result will be faster.

BELCHING


BELCHING:
                                    This the biggest diseases in the world that many people are suffering from this. Every day a Littre gas is producing in our intestines. Even more this developed if it is going outside we can’t treat it as a problem. If the gas not coming from either from downside or from upside then it is a problem. Some feels that it is a heart attack rather than a gas trouble. There is no distinction for this as a male and female. Only few people doing this with sound few are doing with silence that’s the difference only. There mainly five reasons for it.
1.       With constipation the excrement present in our body don’t go outside and it will maintain the gas and there is no gap for gas to escape from it.

2.       While eating with more drink of water also a cause for it.

3.       For those who are eating the food properly who just swallow the food will also get this.

4.       With the food of taking long time to digest also cause this like non-veg, eggs and other processed food.

5.       The food which has more proteins like leafy vegetables and with green-grams is a cause for it.

Solution:
Ø  Be sure that your free from excrement and go 2 or 3 times daily to toilet.

Ø  Try to avoid drinking of water before and after a half-hour and while eating too.

Ø  Eat the food completely in the mouth itself.

Ø  Avoid the usage of oil food, fats, proteins and fried rice.

Ø  Avoid leafy vegetables and green-grams for at least 10 to 15 days.

Ø  Instead of eating Tiffin in the morning eat musk and musk is not advisable for the people who are suffering with sugar.

Ø  No problem with lemon and mirchi.

Ø  Do dinner early.

Sun allergy

Sun allergy:
                                                                 as sun is giving life to everyone, man is getting allergy with the sun. For some people wile sun rays fall on the body that place will become dry and black. And other places will be normal. They try avoiding the sun but they don’t try for the mistake. For those who drink the water less will get this easily. Especially girls will get this easily. When there is no sufficient water for the tree then the leaves of tree will dry in the same line our body sells also get the same thing. To bear the heat present in the sun rays the water will dry, if water is not there then skin will damage. When we have sufficient body in our body the sun can’ do anything to us.


Solution:
Ø  Drink 5 to 6 liters of water daily. Before going into the sun light us sure that you have sufficient water in your body and be sure that your urine should be white. To get back the same skin it will take nearly 5 to 6 months

COLD

COLD:
                                                              Getting cold is also god for health. But getting 50 to 60 for a day is a disease. In the nose and in sinuses dust will get deposited over there and they will cause this. To remove this from the nose our body will get the cold. As our body try to clean it we will stop by using some tablets for it. The cold will stop for few days but the dust over there will not remove and we will get many infections with and the cold will not go from our self and it would be best friend for us a long time. With the some people will get the cold, for some with the incense sticks like it many reasons for it. We can get relieved from these within 20 to 30 days.


Solution:
Ø  The one who drink water more will get affected by this least so try to drink a little warm water or 5 to 6 liters per day. Cold water is not at all good for health.

Ø  Do jag or walk daily for 40 to 50 minutes based on your age. While doing this don’t talk concentrate on the breath and take a long breath.

Ø  Start the long breath even absence for cold

Ø  Apply any oil to face for 10 minutes daily and apply steam to face. No need to add anything to the water.

Ø  Keep away from sugar, sweets, cool drinks and the items in the fridge.

Ø  Nearly 70 to 80 for the above solutions the cold will reduce still not reduced then reduce the salt in the food.

Ø  And another important thing you need to stop all the tablets which are using for the cold.
